四、Schedule

Preliminary, Semi-final, and first round final:

From December 16 to 28, 2020 ( judging, announcement of winners online)

Public Voting : December 20 - 24, 2020   (works performances, Online)

Final and Award Ceremony will be held in Shenzhen China in early May 2021, TV and Net   Live worldwide. Please pay attention to the further notice.



五、Entry Requirments

(for details, please refer to the contest rules)

Professional group: 3 works of different styles (including preliminary, Semi-final and the first final round).

Non-professional group: 2 works of different styles

(preliminary, Semi-final and the final )

After the organizing committee announcement of the final winners,   professional and non-professional players are required to submit a new different repertoire than before.
Scope of work: etudes, sonatas, polyphonic works, romantic, modern, virtuosity, Chinese, jazz, popular style and original, etc. The degree is up to the player.

Encourage string, wind and other solo accompanied on piano. Also in the finals, self piano accompany is encouraged or piano accompany from the organizing committee. The fee will be charged separately.



六、Video Requirements

1. The work must be uploaded within the specified time, and the delay will be regarded disqualification a waiver.

2. Select ideal environment such as studio, concert hall, stage, piano room and home, use fixed video angle and position, actual sound and picture all at once, Reverb, acoustics ( except electrovocal ) are strictly prohibited. Any stunt editing will be disqualified.

3. Do not display information on the video.Contestants are requested to dress in a formal attire.

4. Optional video equipment.The screen size is 16:9; resolution

ratio over 1080p, format MP4 (mobile phone). Scene: Small panorama (face, performance part and whole body are clearly visible).



七、Awards:


Solo Ensemble Tutti

1.The 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners of each group in preliminary contest (each district) will enter the semifinals, and be selected as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners according to the total score of the two rounds. Award trophy, medal, international certificate (no overlapping award, ranking priority). Professional players reach the required score line to enter the semifinal. 2. The 1st round finals will be run online. According to the total score of the third round, contestants of professional group can   reach the final; Non-professional by two round score.  3.Shenzhen Finals. Professional and non-professional players are required to submit a different repertoire than before. The APMC finals top three of every group will come into being on the spot. Level-by-level exhibition, public voting, a series of awards will be carried out with prize money, cup, medal and certificate.    4. For symphony orchestra, bands, national symphony orchestra, etc. one round online. Gold and silver award with trophy, medal, certificate, also the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize with trophy, medal and   certificate.The first prize is ¥50,000. 5. Marching Band one round online. Gold and silver award, also the 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranking, The first prize is ¥50,000.




Other Awards

1. Each “Asia-pacific Top 10” (Muse Cup) of professional group will receive a prize of ¥20,000 .

2. Each “Asia-Pacific small Top 10” (Golden Redbud Cup) of non-professional group will receive a prize of ¥5,000.

3. “Asia-pacific young musicians Top 100” (...... Cup), with certificates.

4. “Asia-pacific Chamber Music Ensemble Top 10”

5. “Asia-pacific National Orchestra Top 10”.

6. “Asia-pacific Bands Orchestra Top 10”. “Asia-pacific Marching Bands Top 10”.

八、Contest Rules

1. Contestants are eligible for registration regardless of nationality or region.Please fill in the registration form according to the regulation. Please pay the registration fee, keep the voucher, receive the receipt.
2. The organizing committee shall implement the contest in accordance with uniform standards;
3. Different criteria will be adopted for the contestants from professional group A and non-professional group B. Groups C and D will be generated automatically if the number of contestants exceeds the group.
4. All contestants have the right to participate in the cup ranking and public voting index rating.The whole evaluation process is scientific, fair and rigorous.
5. The sequence will be automatically sorted by group and announced one week before the contest.Stay tuned for the release.
6. Contestants who fail to register for the contest according to the time and place and fail to upload their works on time will be regarded as automatic disqualification.
7. There will be no refund or transfer after the registration.
8. Please read the regulation carefully and follow the relevant rules. Concerto is forbidden for keyboard. After the registration repertoire can not be changed, solo recitation. No repetition except structurally. Visible music score for ensemble and orchestra.

9.Solo: Please pay attention to the rhythm, color style, musical expression and completion of the piece.

   Ensemble: Please pay attention to the sound level, harmonious musical expression and integrity of the repertoire.

10.If overtime, judges have the right to stop performance without affecting the score.

11.The first, second and third prize winners of each group in APMC (including preliminary contest) have the right to choose.And participate in various musical culture academic and performance activities held in various countries.

12.Each jury shall have the right to decide on the setting or vacancy of prizes according to the results of the contest.The results of the judgement shall be final.

13.All participants, accompanied by their family members and team leaders must present the organizer's uniform ID card to enter.Please cooperate when entering the site.

14.Ranked in the Awards of APMC has special professional reference value on work, study, and social practice and international exchange for professional and non-professional winners.

15.Please use copyrighted music to protect the intellectual property.
